Tark e Wafa explores the dark complexities of loyalty and manipulation within a family. When sibling rivalry escalates, Sabtain’s love keeps the family united amidst all adverse circumstances and conflicts.
Mohib Mirza as Sabtain Sabtain, the beloved brother of three sisters, is the apple of his family’s eye. He is a successful builder with his own construction firm. The most important aspects of his life are his business and the happiness of his elder sister, Aneela.
Hina Chaudhary as Maryam Maryam is an innocent girl from a middle-class family, pursuing a career as an architect. While her mother encouraged her to prioritize marriage, her grandmother insisted that she focus on her work, eventually granting Maryam permission to pursue her career path.
Shahood Alvi as Najeeb Najeeb, Maryam’s father, always stands by his daughter and supports her in every decision of her life.
Fazila Qazi as Zehra Zehra, Maryam’s caring mother, believes her daughter should focus on marriage instead of pursuing a career.
Sameena Ahmed as Bano Begum Bano Begum is Maryam’s beloved grandmother, who is highly respected and the decision-maker of the house. She supports Maryam’s decision to pursue a job.
Zainab Qayoom as Aneela Aneela, the elder sister of Sabtain, is smart and caring, like a second mother to her siblings. She believes she has authority over everyone.
Maya Khan as Sajeela Sajeela, Sabtain’s younger sister, chose to marry Nadeem, who is currently unemployed. Nadeem frequently pressures Sajeela to claim her share of Sabtain’s property. Despite this, Sabtain wholeheartedly supports Sajeela in all aspects of her life.
Ammara Chaudhry as Anam Anam, Sabtain’s youngest sister, loves Ayaz, who dreams big despite coming from a modest background. Sabtain adores Anam and fulfills all her wishes to make her happy.
Areej Chaudhary as Nausheen Nausheen, Ayaz’s sister, is involved in the situation when her mother proposes that if Anam marries Ayaz, then Sabtain should marry Nausheen.
Mujtaba Abbas as Ayaz Ayaz, a lower-class dreamer and admirer of Anam, faces a dilemma when his mother conditions his marriage to Anam on his sister Nausheen marrying Sabtain.
Asad Zaman as Shaheer Shaheer is Sabtain’s best friend from a wealthy background. He shares everything with Sabtain and is always there for him.

Sabrina Naqvi as Ayesha Ayesha, Shaheer’s wife who is close to Sabtain through their friendship, thinks it’s time for Sabtain to marry and settle down. Both husband and wife see Aneela as selfish.
Sabtain meets Maryam accidentally, but later she joins Sabtain’s firm, and they finally end up marrying each other. However, their union faces significant challenges due to Sabtain’s sister, Aneela.
Each character has its own personality, but Aneela stands out with her strong desire to control, sparking intense family rivalries.
