Philanthropist and activist Shaniera Akram is known for her efforts for humanity and advocacy for gender equality. She has been vocal on various social issues time and again and has a strong stance against terrorism of all kinds.
The human rights activist has expressed her love for Pakistan and its people time and again and Pakistanis love her for that. Recently, she took to Instagram to write a heartfelt note for Pakistan and its people.

She posted a photo of herself donned in desi attire and wrote, “You can see it in my eyes and you can see it in my soul. I know now why I have come here and I know now why a part of me will never leave.”
She explained, “My love for this country is great, I am a part of this journey, my dreams for our future are as high as our sky and my roots firmly planted in our soil.”

The 36-year-old philanthropist also wrote that it’s just the people who make countries great. “And I believe our people,” she concluded.
Well, Shaniera’s love for Pakistan is honestly beyond the words could tell. Be it standing for women or striving for a cleaner coastline, she has been up for making Pakistan a better place to live in, with each passing day.
